    OU Kosher - Chelsea Approved baking mixes are certified Kosher through the OU Kosher organization.

    Menutrinfo - MenuTrinfo is our certifying body for our Certified Free From (CFF) Top 9 Allergens Certification. In order to do this, all areas of production are audited to ensure protocols are in place to prevent cross-contact. Regular surveillance provides ongoing validation of “Free From” claims.

  • Pure Functional Foods

    We partnered with Pure Functional Foods (PFF) in upstate New York to blend and package our gluten free and vegan baking mixes. They collaborated with us to get our GFCO, Vegan, and Kosher certifications, and we will soon have a Certified Free From Top 9 allergen certification!

    29 Design Studio

    The team at 29 Design Studio were key to making our amazing packaging for our products! They worked with us to chose colors, edit the designs, and come up with the best content possible to communicate with our customers.

    Bison Bag Company

    We partnered with Bison Bag Company for our bag manufacturing. They provided us with the sustainable packaging option that we wanted by offering a biodegradable film. Using the biodegradable film, they print and form our bags and ship them down the road to PFF for filling.
